After selecting premium marble blocks from our quarries, each block is carefully cut using advanced gang saw machines to ensure perfect thickness and smooth surfaces. This process transforms raw marble blocks into slabs ready for polishing and finishing, maintaining the natural veins and color of the stone.

Polishing and Edge Finishing Expertise
At Zenith Stones, we take pride in our unmatched expertise in the polishing and edge finishing stages — two of the most critical phases in marble and granite production.
After precise block cutting, each slab goes through our advanced polishing line, where it is processed using high-tech automatic polishing machines equipped with a sequence of abrasives ranging from coarse to ultra-fine. This method ensures a perfectly smooth surface, deep gloss, and vibrant color definition, revealing the true beauty of every stone.
Following polishing, our edge finishing (cutting and trimming) process is handled with equal precision. Using state-of-the-art edge cutting machines (friezes), we achieve accurate dimensions, clean edges, and seamless alignment—preparing each slab or tile for flawless installation in any project.

Packing and Loading
